The name change was approved by the National Administration for Industry and Commerce to better align with the company’s strategic goals and adjust its industrial structure.

While the business scope of the company has been expanded, the overall business structure, functions, and cooperation models remain unchanged. All existing business, assets, rights, and obligations of the original company will be transferred to the new company. Contracts signed or being executed by the original company will remain valid. The new company will temporarily use the various qualifications and documents held by the original company, ensuring a seamless transition.
