September 12, 2026 — The distributed photovoltaic (PV) project at the new plant of Jiangxi Xirui Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was successfully connected to the grid. The project adopts a “self-generation for self-consumption, surplus power fed into the grid” model and innovatively applies a “high-voltage connection, low-voltage consumption” approach—the first of its kind among private enterprises in Ningdu County. This marks a solid step forward for Xirui Group in green manufacturing and clean energy application.
The new plant PV project has a total installed capacity of 1,874.61 kW and uses the new plant’s rooftop space to convert solar energy into green electricity. Specifically, “high-voltage connection, low-voltage consumption” means that PV power is connected at the high-voltage side of the plant, stepped down through transformers, and then preferentially consumed at the low-voltage side by production equipment, enabling green electricity to be “connected locally and used locally.” Once commissioned, the project is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 3,300 metric tons per year. It will also help lower electricity costs, optimize the energy mix, and increase the share of green electricity, injecting new momentum into the company’s energy-saving and carbon-reduction efforts and sustainable development.
